Essentially undamaged shingles covered in Denver (Independent adjuster)

  2. The rest of the roof looked similar to what you see and close ups wouldn't explain it either. I had several of these occur in Denver after the 09 storms there. While I don't know why he covered it or recommend this type of damage be called in, it goes to show the inconsistent nature of coverage which can be smoothed out where items are left off. I was only on the roof after it was adjusted.

  3. Hard to say. Adjusters are inconsistent. When they leave things off they should cover sometimes it is impossible to say why. Speaking with the desk adjuster after submitting a supplement request often sorts it out without further inspections. In this case it was strictly the insurance companies idea to cover it
